Responsibilities:

Your mission will be to build your market by recruiting new boat owners

Your mission will be to assist them through the entire process of posting their offers online.

You will always need to be on the lookout for the best matching offers for the clients.

You will be guiding the boat owners on how to best position their offers competitively onto the market.

Experience in the boating sector and/or in the P2P industry are a plus.
Head of Global Operations
We are looking for a person whose responsibilities will include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology and Marketing solutions. Additionally, we are seeking a responsible and ethical leader with an analytical and strategic mind.
Responsibilities:

You must possess a broad knowledge of the business and you must have experience in working with start-ups.

Formulating cost effective business strategies directly with the CEO of the company.

Design policies that must be aligned with Navisyo’s overall strategies and mission.

Implement efficient processes and standards.

Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.

Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection).

Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization. Manage contracts and relations with customers, providers, partners and other stakeholders.

Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.

Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.

Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.

Report on operational performance and suggest improvements directly reporting to the Founder.
Global Digital Marketing Specialist/Strategist
Your mission will be to create and implement social media and communication campaigns focused on customer acquisition for both sides of the business, the boat owners and the travelers.
Responsibilities:

You will be expected to manage the search engine optimization opportunities.

Additionally, you will need to work closely with our creative department so the ideal content is produced with the aim to achieve effective campaign with attractive ROIs.
